With 16 to choose from there is sure to be several favorites. Starting with the Vista Collection, The Juniper plan is 1543 sq ft and starts in the high 100s base price. The Pinon at 1840 sq ft, The Cypress at 1010 sq ft, and The Sycamore at 2141 sq ft. All of the Vista Collection have 2 car garages and 9 foot ceilings.
The Ranch Collection is our personal favorite. The size range is perfect and options about to customize the home to your liking, including multiple walls of glass opening to the rear yard to maximize your indoor/outdoor living space. The Sky Collection has three plans one of which was a popular model at Trilogy at Vistancia. The Stellare is the largest floor plan offered with 3124 sq ft, 3 en-suite bedrooms, half bath and office. The Sky Collection starts in the high-mid 300s, the Stellare at just over 400k base.
Trilogy at Wickenburg Ranch will be an all ages community, but lends itself more to the active adult as most plans are 2 bedroom. The Golf Course is open for play and open to the public but at some point down the road will become a private club for residents only. The Social Club designed by Bing Hu is targeted for a late 2016 completion date.
