Kym's understanding of the local market trends provided us with clear direction regarding the areas to begin our search, the appropriate price point and consideration of all key factors based on the age and condition of each home. Within less than three weeks we were able to locate a home that met our needs, and Kym led our negotiation process through to the home closing in ~three weeks after the accepted offer. These timeframes may not be representative of all customer experiences, however, when we shared our expectations with Kym, she did everything necessary to exceed them.

Typically the home search process would conclude with the closing, however, Kym leveraged her network of trade professionals to assist us in making planned upgrades to our home and continues to follow-up with us after our purchase to ensure that we have everything we need.
