Pebble Creek Az is a larger active adult community with two distinct neighborhoods. It all began in 1994 with the Eagle’s Nest Golf Club and community. Renovated in more recent years, the Eagle’s nest center is a 40,000 sq. ft. complex offering a grand ballroom, fitness center, heated indoor/outdoor lap pool, heated resort style pool, library, and restaurant located next to the Golf Club. The creative arts center at Eagle’s Nest hosts several hobbies, and arts/crafts such as woodworking, ceramics, stained glass, painting, cards and more. The Eagle’s Nest Golf course is the easier of the two courses, par 72 with seven lakes and magnificent views.
Homes for sale in the Eagle’s Nest side of Pebble Creek Az are established areas and homes with mature landscaping. Prices here are a little more affordable overall then on the Tuscany Falls side of Pebble Creek Az.
Tuscany Falls Country Club is a sprawling complex that offers many special amenities not found in other active adult communities. There is a banquet room with catering kitchen as well as smaller private dining venues for the perfect party. The showcase of the center is the Renaissance Theater with 395 seats. Many national events are booked in to this theater but the best part is the performances put on by the residents within the community. Toscana’s Restaurant and Lounge are also located adjacent to the pro shop at the Tuscany Falls Golf Club.
