Wigwam Creek North is located north of Camelback and was built entirely by DR Horton Homes. They offered 3 series of homes, from their starter Dietz Crane series, to Continental their move up series in two sizes, all the way up to 4500 sq. ft. offering an elementary school site and park, the area also has several walking paths throughout. Location is close to access the 1-10 to the south and to loop 101 about 4 miles to the east.

Wigwam Creek South is located south of Camelback and had multiple builders also offering several series of homes including a small  gated community.  Plenty of park space and tot lots run thoughout. Standard Pacific and Fulton Homes were the primary builders, and Fulton Homes offered an estate series in a gated community with single level homes that had basement options. Access the 1-10 directly south or the loop 101 4 miles to the east.
