Between 2000 and 2010 the city of Phoenix experienced a 24% population increase from 1.3 M to 1.6 M making it the fifth largest city in the country. Much of that  expansion has been in the booming North. Comprised of 15 ‘urban villages’, the city of Phoenix is well planned.

Our team’s focus is on the following villages: Deer Valley, North Gateway, and Desert View. Deer Valley Village is characterized by its desert setting and mountain views. It’s a vibrant growing, and younger community. It is distinguished by its growing attraction for business and residential development. At its core: John C Lincoln hospital, which is the only hospital in Arizona to receive the Premier QUEST Award for High Value health care. North Gateway Village is a newer village with much of the growth to be forthcoming. The newly completed 303 passes through this village as well as 1-17 or Black Canyon Freeway and it is one of the city’s premiere growth areas.
