We looked at a number of neighborhoods for a retirement home before seeing properties in Marley Park. After we saw the area, we knew that was the only place we wanted to be. The properties and area are unique, not like a cookie cutter subdivision. Houses with porches, shady streets, lots of walking areas, parks EVERYWHERE! We especially like that the garage is NOT the predominant feature of many of the houses. We’ve now lived here over two years and love it–quiet, family oriented, well maintained, safe.

    • Thanks for the comments! Yes, this neighborhood is definitely not the cookie cutter variety many of our ‘stucco box’ subdivisions. Great neighborhood.

  2. As an owner of Vogue Bistro, located at adjacent to the community Marley Park Plaza , I’d like to add that the uniqueness of architectural styles, diversity, openness and friendliness of this community makes it second to none in the West Valley. Marley Park is the reason Vogue Bistro found its home in Surprise. Frankly, I am surprised how little attention given to these hard to come by attributes by the greater West Valley community. I believe that Marley Park will appreciate immensely as it matures. In the meantime, I will do all that is possible to continue contributing to the success and prosperity of this community by offering a world class dining and service right here, in the back yard of Marley Park residents.

    Cheers,

  3. I love Marley Park!! The Pool House is awesome and my kids and I both have fostered many friendships that will last the test of time because of what this community offers. If you are thinking of moving here call Tim and Kym to find your home. They are great and the homes are awesome! The parks and Heritage Center are great as well if you have kids that you want to be involved!

    • Thanks for sharing Amanda, we are so happy you and the family are enjoying all the community has to offer. Hope you are signed up for the 4th of July celebration!
