Trilogy at Vistancia sales volume for the 3rd Quarter increased 4.5% in volume bouncing back from the slower 1st half. Units sold however, just increased by one. 33 units sold in '16 vs. 32 in 15. During the first half of 2016 Trilogy at Vistancia saw a decline in sales volume of 18.4% in resale homes compared with previous year's sales. Why did this occur?
