Trilogy at Vistancia Quarterly News and Sales Update Trilogy at Vistancia Sales Volume finished up 1st Q of 2014 with a double digit downward sales trend in the subdivision, Although the metro area in general witnessed downward sales volume, Trilogy at Vistancia outpaced the average with a -36.7% in closed homes.
