Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb supported by lower inventory as well as the trend toward smaller homes. The smaller the home, the higher price per square foot is normal. Sun City Festival is the top selling active adult community in resale units for the first half of 2016 compared with other actively selling communities. Additionally, volume was up 15% over last year. A big factor for this is the affordability of the homes in the community.
