Sales volume decreased 11.7% over last years figures. Units sold decreased by 11 for 32 units vs 43 in 17.  Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb supported by lower inventory as well as the trend toward smaller homes. The smaller the home, the higher price per square foot is normal. Sales loss in volume partly due to lack of inventory in resale homes, but also very strong new build action with Pulte.

Going into November we should see some steady activity trickling through before the big rush of seasonal buyers that will begin in the first quarter.
