Trilogy at Vistancia 2017 sales review. The year ended with a huge bang with a whopping 27% increase in sales volume year over year. Units sold came in at 202 sold in 2017 vs 172 in 16. Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb slowly supported by higher builder premiums on new build combined with high demand and tight inventory.
