Trilogy at vistancia homes for saleTrilogy at Vistancia 1st Q 2018 Review.   The quarter kept up with the year end pace of last year with a  21.4%  increase in sales volume year over year.  Units sold came in at 60 sold in !st Q 2018 vs 49 in 17.  Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb slowly supported by higher builder premiums on new build combined with high demand and very tight inventory.   Going into second Q 2018 we should see some steady activity trickling through as buyers scramble to find the perfect home/lot before the summer is on us.
