Trilogy at Vistancia sales volume for the 3rd Quarter increased 11.8% volume increase, a strong and steady increase for what is normally the ‘slow’ quarter. Units sold increased by 2 units, 35 sold in ’17 vs. 33 in 16. Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb supported by lower inventory, particularly with a view lot either on a wash or golf course lot. Going into November we should see some steady activity trickling through before the big rush of seasonal buyers that will begin in the first quarter.
