Trilogy at Vistancia 3Q2018 Sales Update
Closed sales volume increased 15.2% . A brisk increase for what is normally the ‘slow’ quarter. Sales averaged 98.2% of list price. Units sold increased by 2 units, 37 sold in ’18 vs. 35 in 17. Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb supported by lower inventory in prices under 400,000. Going into November we should see some steady activity trickling through before the big rush of seasonal buyers that will begin in the first quarter. Homes with unique updating and choice lots still will command a premium price over any homes that need work.
