Terravita Real Estate
Established in 1993 by Del Webb, The Terravita Country Club Community was the first of its kind offered by the Del Webb Corporation. It was an all-ages community located on 823 acres in the high Sonoran Desert of North Scottsdale. Winning many awards along the way, the 1380 home community is highly desirable for all that it offers.
Although this is a multi-generational community, it has all the right characteristics to make it desirable for the second home buyer, or for the buyer that would like to be in an active adult community, but prefer being located right in Scottsdale.
