Kym Polanco is a 12 year veteran in using her dedication, commitment, and results-oriented work ethic to assist clients with their real estate needs. Kym’s “no-nonsense” approach to accomplishing her clients’ goals, and exceeding their expectations, has earned her the privilege of being one of the most referred Agents in real estate. After her seventeen-year career with a large retailer, which included management and training positions, and a lot of travel, Kym decided it was time for a change. After relocating to Arizona from New Mexico with her corporate job, she obtained her real estate license in Arizona with the goal of working for herself. Needless to say, she has never looked back, and as her many clients can attest, Kym has a skill set that makes her one of the most effective Agents they have ever worked with.
Kristen Pizzillo joined The Tim & Kym Team with the exceptional skills and talent that is sought after at Arizona eHomes. Kristen began her real estate career in 2003 with a large national Homebuilder, where she achieved Top Sales status, and a wealth of experience in helping people buy homes. She now puts her attention to detail, inside knowledge of how builders operate, and effective negotiation skills to use for the clients she serves in residential real estate. Kristen is a proud native of “The Valley of the Sun”, and graduated from Arizona State University (ASU) with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communications. She has in-depth knowledge of the many amenities offered in the Arizona lifestyle, and has a passion in sharing all that Arizona has to offer with the clients she serves. Kristen always keeps her clients’ best interests at heart in everything she does. “My goal is to provide A+ service to each and every client”, says Kristen, “and I consider it such a blessing to do what I love!”

Tim is an Arizona native. As such, he has seen the landscape drastically change as Phoenix climbed to the 6th most populated city in the nation. “The growth has been phenomenal to what I can recall as a child.” Tim recounts, “I can remember moving to the outskirts of town which would now practically be considered central Phoenix.” Tim obtained his real estate license in 2003, and put his experience and knowledge of the Phoenix Area to work for the people he helps. Tim also has a BS Degree in Business – Management, and also comes from a corporate background in management where he has worked for corporate giants, General Electric and American Express. His focus for those companies was always on delivering World Class customer service and client relationships. “The core values upheld by those companies have been so ingrained in me, that I cannot help but expect the service I provide to my real estate clients nothing short of the absolute best.” Tim also adds, “by incorporating our own core values, such as our unwavering integrity, our sincere goal to helping each of our clients, and our strong desire to exceed their expectations, we are able to deliver a service level beyond what most people are accustomed to within our industry.”
Kym moved to the Phoenix Area in 1999. Her relocation to the Valley of the Sun was made during her 15 year successful career with a major retailer. Her dedication, commitment, and results-oriented work ethic quickly advanced her to the management ranks. One of her most rewarding roles, however, was that of a corporate trainer where she had the opportunity to teach other managers what it took to achieve results. Kym obtained her real estate license in 2002, and quickly found that her wealth of customer-focused skills was applicable to real estate. “Helping people achieve their goals is something I find very satisfying.” Kym states, “and being the essential piece to acheiving the client’s Real Estate goals”
When they aren’t busy helping clients with buying and selling Tim and Kym enjoy outdoor activities including kayaking, traveling, sight-seeing, and hiking. One of their personal goals is to complete the 800 mile Arizona Trail a segment at a time.
