Sun  City Festival  3rd Q2018 Sales update.  Sales volume decreased 11.7% over last years figures. Units sold decreased by 11 for 32 units vs 43 in 17.  Sales price per sq ft is continuing to climb supported by lower inventory as well as the trend toward smaller homes.
